The final phase of the 1250-bed Leavey Campus Master Plan, the new apartment facility will accommodate 178 students in 48 one and two bedroom apartments. The building is 3 and 4-stories tall and steps down a sloping site in three levels. Apartments are planned around two interior courtyards, each designed with its own character. The 78,000 SF facility also houses a convenience store, laundry, meeting room, study area and a 5,000 SF office suite for the University's Student Housing Offices.
The building’s design incorporates many sustainable design elements and was awarded a leed certification.
