Inspired by the architecture of Myron Hunt, the original campus architect, the proposed 192,000 Sq. Ft. dormitory will house 268 students and faculty clustered around landscaped courtyards. Each community of approximately 30 students has a common lounge area, a study room and a laundry. The building, which is located on a hillside site, also includes classrooms, a fitness/recreation area, banquet facilities for 200, large plaza areas and parking for 252 cars in two levels of subterranean garage.
