Built on a narrow sloping two-acre site, the 288-bed dormitory follows the serpentine contours of the hill and was designed within the campus architectural guidelines. Student rooms are organized into communities of approximately 40 students. Each community is designed with its own common areas such as laundries and lounges. The facility also includes parking for over 100 spaces and a recreational area.
