The 135,000 S.F. residential college accommodates 400 international and American students, faculty, resident advisors and visiting scholars within an environment that fosters multi-cultural exchange and understanding. In addition to the student residences, the four-story building houses dining facilities for 550, faculty apartments, classrooms, offices, meeting rooms and a collaborative learning center.
David Jay Flood Architect was Associate Architect on the project and provided programming, architectural and interior design services as well as furniture design, selection and specifications. Interior finishes and furniture were selected to create an international flavor for the project and encourage interaction among students and faculty.
