A mixed-use commercial / residential project located on the waterfront of Sarasota Bay in Florida. Included in the development is a two-story, one hundred thousand sq. ft. shopping center of convenience and high-end boutiques and stores, destination restaurants and a food court all located in an elevated plaza above structured ground level parking. In addition, there is sixty thousand sq. ft. of office space in five floors above the retail and 64 residential units in eleven stories above the plaza, all with views of the water. The design of the development draws on historical references and images from other buildings built during the Ringling era in Sarasota.
