This 12-unit condominium project was built on leased land within the jurisdiction of the California Coastal Commission. A 3 1/2 story wood frame structure over covered parking, the condominum combines, one, two, and three bedroom units, each with detached entry corridors for privacy and a sense of individual identity. The project was designed so that all of the units view both the Pacific Ocean and the Marina Channel through extensive use of glass and tall interior spaces.
