AIA award winning residence located on the beach in Kihei, Maui. Design principles save the trees, follow the sun, capture the view dictated. The planning p for the the 500 s.f., 2 story, 3 bedroom residence.
Planned as an informal living environment allowing the trade winds to flow through the house. Agmented by fans circulation in lieu of air conditioning. The reverse living, living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom on the second floor allows for maximum ocean view potential from the family gathering areas. The five exterior walls reflect the colors looking through the trees of a maui sunset.
