While associated with Kamnitzer + Cotton, the design of a 25 story mixed use development for the Bunker Hill Redevelopment Area of downtown Los Angeles. The building contains 368 apartments, 40,000 sq. ft. of commercial / retail space in four floors and six levels of subterranean parking.
