An 890 unit residential development planned for a 30-acre site. A mixture of unit types integrated seniors, affordable and market rate apartments and Townhomes in a variety of building types. Four story apartments and Townhomes over structures parking and Townhomes with tuck-under parking were planned in cluster neighborhoods connected to a pedestrian green belt with recreation nodes.
