In response to the surrounding commercial neighborhood, Playa Pacific turns in on itself to create a quiet residential haven. The 174-unit garden project is planned to create a separation between pedestrian and automobile circulation.
A loop road connects groups of attached townhouses clustered around common parking courts. These parking courts provide access to each unit's tuck-under garage and "back door". The "front door" is located off of a central green space. Within this lushly landscaped common area are pathways, community and recreation facilities and a children's playground.
The two and three bedroom townhouses range in size from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet and include generously proportioned rooms, high ceilings and large outdoor decks and private yards.
