This 590-unit condominium and townhouse project located in the Ocean Park district of the Santa Monica redevelopment area required extensive government approvals from the City of Santa Monica as well as from the California Coastal Commission. The 70, two-story, wood frame townhouses are combined with 270 one and two-bedroom condominiums in 4.5 story structures over covered parking. The complex includes recreational amenities as well as extensive use of on-slab landscaping.
