The Long Beach 2004 Men's and Women's Swimming Olympic Trials called for temporary facilities including two stainless steel 50 meter pools surrounded by a 10,000 seat stadium with tents and trailers to support athletes, press, officials and spectators, all located on an existing parking lot.
David Jay Flood provided programming, planning and coordinated all activities and is a director of the operating company.
