Leavey Campus David Jay Flood Architect, working with a user group from Loyola Marymount University developed an overall master plan for the 21-acre Leavey Campus that allowed for 1,250 beds in six buildings to be constructed over a 15 year period. The Leavey Campus master plan and its build-out provided a link between the existing main campus’s primary east/west pedestrian circulation and the adjacent Raytheon Corporation’s headquarters building (subsequently acquired by the university and converted into an administrative and academic facilty) over a 360 foot pedestrian bridge spanning the campus’ main entry drive. |
