The 150-acre Master Plan includes analyses of alternate location studies, budgeting and project priority scheduling for student residences, library expansion, improvement of sports and recreational facilities, classrooms, administration and theater expansion alternatives. In addition to the overall campus master plan, the Leavey Campus Expansion Program includes a 1,250-bed residential campus of which 1,250 resident beds have been completed or are currently under construction, plus 452 bed dorminatory over parking structure is under construction on the main campus.
