Rancho El Tejon
Los Angeles & Kern Counties CA

A Master Plan for long-term planning and asset management was developed for the 280,000-acre Tejon Ranch. The plan was initially commissioned to determine land value based on potential development alternatives applicable to particular land areas. The study was founded on comprehensive environmental, economic, marketing and land use studies and resulted in an economically feasible and politically acceptable land use plan.
