Keystone Resort
Keystone CO

The program for this year-round destination resort began with comprehensive market research, master planning and financial analysis for the 543-acre site along the Snake River in Colorado.
The first phase of the 15-year development program was the design and construction of a village core situated around a central plaza, fronting the river and a man-made like. The core includes a six-story, 200-room hotel with shops, restaurants, convention facilities, retail and commercial space and 150 condominiums. The central plaza is built over subterranean parking for the condominiums, which also provides covered service areas for the hotel and commercial buildings. Of the 150 condominiums, over 25 percent are located above the plaza level shops and are linked to the hotel via a corridor. This allows these units the potential to function as an extension of the hotel operation.
