The Inn at McCormick Ranch overlooks a beautiful man-made lake, and is comprised of a 126 room hotel with restaurant/bar and 51 condominium units. The hotel is a three-story structure with balconies rising to the third floor, over looking the activity in the atrium lobby's central activity. Condominium units were designed to take advantage of the site; each has a private courtyard with a view of the lake.
Sun orientation is a critical design consideration in the desert; therefore, the entire complex faces northeast eliminating excessive light and heat. The use of masonry walls, pre-cast concrete flooring and quarry tile paving creates a contemporary look, which blends well with the surrounding desert.
To accommodate convention trade and visitors, The Inn at McCormick Ranch offers various recreational amenities including golf, tennis and boating.
